Summer Fashion Brunch – August 30, 2015
This will definitely be an annual event!! The sisters of the WLI strutted their stuff for friends and family at a BFF Brunch and Fashion Show to raise funds for our Darkness to Light Program. With couture from design houses such as Courtney Washington and Heather Laine to the trendsetting fashion from top Boutiques such as Signatures, Flirt, Karmen’s Korner and Bohemian Belle what a load of fun we had… All for a good cause!

The curtain came down in fine style for WLI with our major fundraising event for the year. We took a new approach and decided to switch the usual black tie affair for an entertainment focused event and a more relaxed approach. On the evening of November 29th we welcomed celebrated saxophonist Arturo Tappin and his ensemble of fine Caribbean musicians to Jamaica in fine style a sponsored soiree at the Jamaica Pegasus. The following evening Arturo and his ensemble delivered a magical “Night of Horns” to a packed house. A truly special evening.
